Grrr too busy

Last week was to busy for me. I was totally thrown out of routine but this week I am getting back into the saddle. Was able to make a big pot of soup (like to do that once a week and we will eat that through out the week), yogurt is in the process of being make today, I can’t wait to greek it, its my favorite way to eat yogurt and tomorrow I hope to work on tomatoes. Also nice to be back into normal school routine with the girls too. I am quite impressed that I have been very diligent at getting school done every day it has become like an obsession of mine.

what a great mommy you are! I am so impressed that you manage to keep up with all these things and being pregnant, too. 🙂 It is fun to be able to read about your life and kind of ‘keep in touch’ with you all. I wish we could be neighbors 🙂 How do you make your yoghurt and what do you mean my ‘greek’ it? And do you know if you are expecting a boy or a girl? I can’t think of it.

I wish we were neighbors too, that would be fun. I make yogurt with a crock pot, it is really easy. I make a gallon at a time, here is a great web sight that tells you how. You would probably like this blogger

I do it her way accept I don’t put it in the oven afterwards I just wrap up the crock pot in 3 or 4 towels and it does the trick also. To greek your yogurt is after it is done you strain it with a milk strainer, so it is yogurt just thicker. I think I am having a girl, the ultra sound lady thinks it’s a girl too but I am not a 100 % sure because the baby was not in a good position so it was a little hard to tell.

Thanks, Sarah. I’ve seen different people writing about making yoghurt online, and i always have the same question: do you buy just a regular milk at the store or does it have to be raw milk?

I love Greek yogurt! I love tomatoes! I love big pots of soup! Have you tried white chili? I have a great recipe for it…I like it and I don’t like beans!
