Our first night was fitful for some and restful for others. Regaining conciousness at 9:30 which made for a mad rush as we scrambled to get out the door of our hostel as we only had 30 minutes before we had to exit our rooms. With seconds to spare we handed over our room keys and headed for our cars for the next stage of our journey. Happy to leave Dublin behind and go deeper into this gem of a land. We sped through quiet villages and across hilly terrain, deep valleys, on skinny roads with rock wall borders, green pastures with either sheep or cows filling them, castles standing grandly on distant peeks than finally the deep blue sea. Ireland is enchanting.
